Too Big to Send?

Have you ever tried to email a PowerPoint presentation to someone, only to have the delivery blocked because the presentation’s file size is too big?

If the presentation contains large or multiple embedded videos in it, you may be able to reduce the file size by using the Compress Media button on the File tab, Info command.

Select one of the options on the drop-down after clicking the Compress Media button. Always playback the video to make sure the quality is acceptable. If it is not, you can undo the compression.
