Most people only think of PowerPoint when they think of videos. But you can also include a YouTube or other online video to support your document’s content with a how-to video or to demonstrate a process.
To enhance your document with video, click the Insert tab, then click the Online Video button. Now you can search for a YouTube video or if you have the embed code you can paste it here. Remember, you’ll always need an Internet connection to play online videos!
